My story
With 14 years of experience in traditional French cuisine, I have developed in myself a real and sincere love for this profession of Chef. During all these years I have rubbed shoulders with the biggest names in French cuisine in the most famous establishments of the capital (Le Procope, La Butte Chaillot by M. Guy Savoy, Potel & Chabot, Peninsula Paris, the Hôtel de Crillon , Mariott Champs Elysées) and finally the Savoy London in the United Kingdom. So many experiences that allowed me to acquire a cuisine full of sensitivity and sharing.
